Refund policy
At Contrast Living, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer returns, replacements, and refunds under the following policy:
Eligibility for Return & Replacement

A return or replacement request must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product.

To raise a request, please email us at queries@contrastliving.com with your order number, reason for return or replacement, and supporting images if applicable.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Pickup & Shipping

We will schedule a reverse pickup from your address on a mutually agreed date.

If reverse pickup is not available at your PIN code, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse within 48 hours of raising the request.

Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo quality inspection.

If it meets the return/replacement conditions, we will:

Process a refund to your original payment method, OR
-
Send a replacement product as per your preference and product availability.

Refund Timelines

Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours after the returned item passes inspection.

The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.

It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
Replacement Conditions

Replacements are offered only once per order and for the same product or a product of equivalent value.

Replacements are subject to availability of the item in stock.

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.
